The Branding Business works alongside those teams ensuring the timely delivery of the goods required and ensuring the products are on brand and inline with brand guidelines.

 

Benefits of your own custom designed e-commerce store

E-Commerce access for staff can provide a huge number of
advantages such as, 24/7 access, brand and budget control, reduced
holding costs and better buying power. The Branding Business provides online systems that allow teams at ground level access to selected products and services. As many of the products supplied are made or decorated in house it helps to reduce holding costs, allows for personalisation of product lines and ensures that the products being ordered can be allocated to a cost centre.

 

Cost to set up and operate the store: 
•    There is no upfront or ongoing costs to The Branding Business Clients to use or set up the e-commerce store.
•    The e-commerce store will have a direct link applied ie “Aurizonstore.com.au” and will be for the sole use of the client.
•    The site is completely customisable and can include Uniform programs, corporate clothing, printing temporary signage and products or items held by other suppliers


In House Production:

In a bid to control supply chain efficiency, quality control and to highlight the need for local manufacturing, The Branding Business created The Branding Bar. An Australian owned and operated company manufacturing goods at its Virginia warehouse.

 

Having our own production house allows us control of the supply chain. We can ensure the quality of the goods provided and ensure they meet Australian Standards. We have more flexibility to customise products and meet specific customer requirements.

 

Security & Access to the e-commerce platform

Access to the site , problem solving, lost or forgotten passwords are all handled by our internal team  which removes the responsibility from the Aurizon Marketing team. Each person/location/cost centre is allocated an individual login which identifies who is ordering and when.

 

Compliance:
The platform is build through Big Commerce which has a PCI DSS Level 1 certification both as a merchant and service provider
•    Compliance with ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 demonstrates a commitment to continuous risk identification and mitigation which translates to a more secure environment for customers using our platform.

 

Warehousing
•    There are no upfront or ongoing costs for The Branding Business to warehouse stock on behalf of our clients. 
•    If we hold items (print for example) not purchased through The Branding Business, then a warehouse fee of $20 per pallet space per month applies.
•    A pull and pack charge of $5 is applied to each order and freight is charged at cost or can be assigned to your own account if you choose. We use a range of freight companies and send through the most cost affective means based on when the goods are required onsite.

 

Reporting and functionality

•    Reporting can be adjusted to suite the needs of each client and is generally completed at the end of each month. 
•    Restricted or limited access can be applied to any person cost centre or location 
•    Access can be customised so each site can only see what is available to their specific site or in the case of marketing teams or management they can be assigned full access.

 

Uniforms/Hi Vis Work Wear:
Having our own decoration facilities allows us to control timelines, complete urgent orders and customise with individual names or site locations with out the need for ordering or holding large amounts of stock. Customisation can be completed cost effectively on as little as 1 piece.
